Special Projects House

As our core speciality is writing and editing in English, much of the work going on in our other six houses is performed on a sub-contract basis, via full-service or specialist publications agencies. This is especially the case where more sophisticated in-house print publications are involved, since specialist firms and full service agencies have the creative, production and design resources that make them more appropriate managers of such projects. In some cases, however, our direct clients ask us to lead-manage communications projects for them, usually in collaboration with their own communications, public affairs or sales and marketing management.

submit comments and corrections, and then check that these have been actioned to their satisfaction. They can sign-off on proofs and download them to print locally. ABLE™ clients can read location analysis reports and check photos and floorplans of properties. Subcontracting partner organizations use our extranet to upload their work, deliver proposals, receive our amendments, arrange meetings and check deadlines.

Oake Communications employs professional project management practices and techniques to ensure our work as main contractors is performed efficiently and to the highest standards, avoiding nasty surprises for our clients, our partners and ourselves. And enabling us to continue to offer the highest quality communications services at extremely competitive rates.

More information about our way of working can be found here.

Where we lead-manage projects, we’re naturally 100% responsible as the client’s main contractors for the delivery of the quality of the final product according to the agreed deadlines and budget. The team at No.29 ensure the efficient production of ongoing services, such as content creation and management, PR and media relations contracts, database marketing programmes, corporate magazines and company newsletters. They also design, implement and monitor plans to manage larger one-off projects, such as annual reports, websites, ABLE™ projects and exhibitions.

Clients are able to securely check the progress of their projects and proof our work in progress in a special project section on the Oake Communications extranet, whenever and from wherever is most convenient for them. They can use the extranet to
