As our core speciality is writing and editing in English, much of the work going on in our other six houses is performed on a sub-contract basis, via full-service or specialist publications agencies. This is especially the case where more sophisticated in-house print publications are involved, since specialist firms and full service agencies have the creative, production and design resources that make them more appropriate managers of such projects. In some cases, however, our direct clients ask us to lead-manage communications projects for them, usually in collaboration with their own communications, public affairs or sales and marketing management. |
